I know you will think this is crazy because you have already a debt that you cannot pay to your current creditor and now you are making another debt into another creditor by making loans? First and foremost, debt consolidation is best for those whose loan is an unsecured. This could minimized or help you pay the high interest rates in your unsecured loan, though debt consolidation loan offers mostly secured loans (thus, make sure you have something to collateral with, in case you could not pay).But debt consolidation loan have lower rates and one pay less money monthly than in an unsecured loan. Debt consolidation will also help you condense all you debts into one single bill.
